We would like to introduce the "Fluidized Immersion Method" that we conduct. In this method, powder is placed in a fluidized bed with a porous plate at the bottom, and air is blown in to fluidize the powder. The preheated workpiece is immersed in the fluidized powder, causing the powder that adheres to the surface of the workpiece to melt and flow, forming a continuous coating.
